Come join us on the third day of Bridges of Sound on Oct. 17th at 4 pm for a Key Note by Szymon Baczysnki on "Educating Audiences" and a Panel Discussion moderated by him on practical approaches on "How to build community? Big City versus Student Town" with Kasia Goscinska, Robert von Raußendorf, Monika Stańczyk & Jerzy Ciesiołkiewicz.

This panel looks at strategies how to build communities as collectives, venues or festivals. How did collectives use to build a crowd in times pre social media, what strategies are we coming back to? When inhabitants fluctuate in cities, what does that mean for a party? How do you manage to still create a familiar atmosphere or connect with people?

Drawing on experiences from Poland and Germany, the conversation explores theories and lived practice.

The discussion is aimed at collectives, organizers, promoters, club operators, cultural workers, volunteers, and anyone interested in creating a buzzing and safe space.
