About the project

We are planning a delegation trip to Warsaw this summer to connect and initiate collaborations between Warsaw and Berlin and are happy you are interested in joining us on this trip. This year we celebrate 35 years of city partnership and want to use this occasion to bring this partnership to life. Berlin Clubcommission is a network of the Berlin club scene and an important nighttime economy actor, and represents the perspectives and interests of the underground and subculture of Berlin. In our „International Club Exchange“ project, which allows us to plan and do this trip, we want to contribute to the general strengthening of international collaboration and development of nighttime economies in both Warsaw and Berlin. This delegation provides the opportunity to widen your network, inspire each other and build a foundation for future projects.

From 8th-12th of July 10-15 participants, including board members, representatives of the Clubcommission, club owners, labels, bookers, event managers and collectives, artists and entrepreneurs from Berlin will be able to join us on a 5 day trip to Warsaw. This trip serves as a platform to get to know each other and debate about current, relevant topics from the scene. In order to participate on this delegation please fill out the following application form. The deadline of the application is June 7th.

Clubcommission provides the program in Warsaw, but doesn't cover costs for hotel or travel expenses. Incase you need help to finance your trip be quick and apply for the funding of the Music Ambassador Program by Berlin Music Commission till May 28th.
